Chris King Constructions specialises in high-performance homes, renovations and extensions across the Byron Shire and Northern Rivers.
For more than 20 years, we've worked alongside clients, architects and local trades to deliver considered homes that respond to place, climate and the way people live.
We believe building is about more than construction. The decisions made throughout a project influence how a home performs, how it feels to live in and the impact it has on both people and the environment. We take a considered approach to every stage of the building process, from design collaboration and material selection through to construction quality and long-term durability.

CHRIS KING
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Chris has nearly 30 years of experience in the building industry and has spent the past two decades building across the Byron Shire and Northern Rivers. Over this time, he has developed strong relationships with local trades and built a trusted team grounded in integrity, craftsmanship and collaboration.
He is particularly interested in innovative architecture, climate-responsive design and the use of natural materials, and is continually exploring ways to improve how homes perform, function and endure over time.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
JAKE HAMPTON
Jake brings more than 13 years of experience in the building industry to his role as Construction Manager at Chris King Constructions.
After several years overseeing high-end residential projects in Melbourne, he relocated to Northern NSW and now works closely alongside Chris to deliver projects with a calm, collaborative and detail-driven approach.
