We offer a Paid-as-Consultant service for architects and clients, independent of the building contract, to ensure a strong foundation for the project.

This service begins during the design stage, and includes a site inspection to assess existing infrastructure and review access, suitability, and potential issues. We provide an early ballpark estimate which we refine over the course of the process, We then deliver a formal pricing proposal. This service delivers endless value through informed decision-making and cost engineering.

If you want to build together the next step is to sign a formal contract, which secures your construction slot. Following this, a home warranty invoice will be issued. We will then go through your pre-construction checklist to ensure everything is in order before beginning your project.
