HOW DOES IT WORK?
Before you set your heart on the home you have been dreaming and designing, let us give you an early-stage cost assessment. Send us your plans and we will use a third party construction software and 25 years of industry experience to assess them. We can then provide a cost projection based on current NSW construction data.
WHY DO YOU NEED THIS?
The biggest problem we see is clients coming to builders with council-approved plans and an unwavering vision for their dream home. We price the plans through a lengthy process, after which clients often learn the heartbreaking reality that their project cannot be built for the budget they’ve allocated. The cost is way higher than they anticipated!
Before you submit your plans to the council, make sure you can afford to build your home or renovation.
(It can take between 6-12 months to get council approval. You only want to do that once!)
WHAT NEXT?
To proceed, you must have plans & your build must be located in or around the Byron shire.
STEP 1: Use the booking form below to book a consultation.
STEP 2: After the consult, client payment will be required to proceed with the estimate.
STEP 3: The proposal is delivered via email within 7 days of payment. Including a low, mid and high-range cost estimate and summary.
STEP 4: A final phone chat with Chris to review the estimate.
